Integrations: Connecting an AI Voice Agent to Your Business Tools

An agent is only useful if it can read and write in the tools a business already uses. LeetCall connects each agent to those tools through their APIs, with a list of permitted actions agreed before go-live.

CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM

The CRM is the memory of the customer relationship. The agent reads it before answering and writes the outcome of the conversation into it, so the team finds a complete file rather than a missed-call notification.

  • Read the record of a customer identified by phone number or email address.
  • Create a contact or an opportunity from an inbound request.
  • Log the call: summary, transcript, outcome and next step.
  • Create a task assigned to the right colleague or the right team.

ERP: Odoo

Odoo often holds a small company's customers, orders, invoices, stock and appointments. The agent connects to it through the API to answer without putting the caller on hold, within the permitted actions.

  • Find a customer and the history of their orders.
  • Give the status of an order or an invoice.
  • Check whether an item is available in stock.
  • Create an inbound opportunity or save an appointment.

E-commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop

The most frequent question an online shop receives is still "where is my order". The agent handles it end to end, by phone as well as on the website chat.

  • Find an order by its number, the email address or the phone number.
  • Give the order status and the carrier tracking.
  • Explain the returns procedure and register the request.
  • Answer about a product: availability, published specifications, delivery time.

Support and helpdesk: Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk

When a business works in tickets, the agent becomes a first line that opens and feeds the ticket instead of leaving a trace somewhere else.

  • Find an existing ticket and give its progress.
  • Create a qualified ticket with the summary and the transcript.
  • Update a ticket after a new call from the customer.
  • Escalate to the right queue under the priority rules in place.

Restaurants: Zenchef

In a restaurant, bookings happen during service, exactly when nobody can pick up. The agent reads availability in Zenchef and saves the reservation during the call.

  • Check availability for a date, a time and a number of covers.
  • Save a reservation and confirm it to the caller.
  • Change or cancel an existing reservation.
  • Pass on a special request: allergy, birthday, access.

Calendars: Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly

Booking an appointment only has value if the slot genuinely exists. The agent reads real availability and writes the event into the calendar of the person concerned.

  • Read the availability of one person or several.
  • Create an appointment with its reason, its duration and its reminders.
  • Move or cancel an appointment at the customer's request.
  • Respect the rules on time ranges, notice periods and travel.

Messaging: WhatsApp Business, Slack, Microsoft Teams

The same agent, with the same knowledge base, answers on WhatsApp Business when the customer opens a conversation there, and alerts the internal team on Slack or Microsoft Teams.

  • Continue on WhatsApp a conversation that started on the phone.
  • Answer written requests received from the website.
  • Notify the team of a request to take over, with its summary.
  • Alert a dedicated channel when an escalation is urgent.

Payments: Stripe, PayPal

On payments, the agent stays in read and notify mode. No card details are ever requested or dictated over the phone: when a payment has to be made, the customer receives a payment link.

  • Give the status of a payment or a refund in progress.
  • Send a payment link in the channel the customer is using.
  • Flag a dispute or a failed payment to the team.

Automation: Zapier, Make, webhooks, REST API

When a tool has no direct connector, the agent goes through automation: a webhook fired at the end of a conversation, a Zapier or Make scenario, or a call to the application's REST API.

  • Fire a webhook at the end of a call, with the data collected.
  • Feed a Zapier or Make scenario into an internal tool.
  • Call the REST API of a business application to read or write.
  • Receive an external event that updates the agent's knowledge base.

Telephony: existing number, SIP, transfer to a human

The business keeps its number. The agent sits on the existing line through a redirection or a SIP connection, and handing the call to a colleague stays possible at any moment.

  • Keep the published number and the habits of your customers.
  • Connect the agent by SIP to the phone system already in place.
  • Transfer the call to a human under the rules you define.
  • Route the request to the right team or the right branch.

How does a custom integration work?

Every integration follows the same method, whatever the tool.

A tool missing from this page is studied during the audit: the only question is whether it exposes an API and the necessary rights.

  1. Tool audit: what is used, by whom, and for which data.
  2. API access: credentials created on the client side, on a dedicated account.
  3. Definition of the permitted actions, in read and in write.
  4. Testing on real cases, checking the records actually written.
  5. Go-live, then log monitoring and adjustments.

Data and security of the integrations

A connected agent receives the minimum it needs. Rights are limited to the actions agreed with the business, on a least-privilege basis, and can be revoked at any time on the client side.

  • Dedicated, revocable access, limited to the useful objects and fields.
  • Data encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Hosting in the European Union, in Germany, with GDPR-compliant processing.
  • The business stays in control of its data and of what is kept.

Frequently asked questions

Our tool is not on the list: is that a blocker?

No. This page shows the tools most often encountered, not a limit. If the application exposes an API or accepts a webhook, the connection is studied during the tool audit.

Do we have to change CRM to deploy a LeetCall agent?

No. The agent connects to the CRM already in place through its API and writes into the existing fields. Changing tools is never a prerequisite for going live.

Can the agent modify data in our tools?

Only for the actions agreed with the business. Creating a contact, saving an appointment or opening a ticket are common write actions; everything else stays read-only. The list is set before go-live and can evolve.

Who has access to the conversation transcripts?

The business, inside its own tools, according to what was agreed at the start. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted in the European Union, in Germany. The business decides what is logged and what is kept.

Can the agent take a payment over the phone?

No. No card details are requested or dictated during the call. The agent can give the status of a payment in Stripe or PayPal and send a payment link in the customer's channel.

How many tools can be connected to one agent?

There is no fixed limit: an agent usually uses a calendar, a CRM or an ERP and a support tool. Each new connection is tested before it is switched on.

What happens if a connected tool is unavailable?

The agent does not guess. It says it cannot check the information, takes a complete message or transfers to a human under the rules you defined, and the request is logged for the team.
