About LeetCall

LeetCall is a French company that designs and operates AI agents dedicated to customer service. This page covers the company, its agents, its technology, how data is handled and the legal details.

What is LeetCall?

LeetCall is a French company that designs and operates AI agents dedicated to customer service. For each business, LeetCall builds a voice agent that answers the phone and, where useful, a chat agent that handles requests arriving through the website, WhatsApp and messaging apps.

The LeetCall brand is operated by LeetCall SAS, a software company created in July 2024 and based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. LeetCall develops its own technology, adapts it to each line of business, then runs the agent in production.

The service is managed end to end: the company describes its procedures and opens access to its tools, while LeetCall builds, hosts and supervises the agent.

What does a LeetCall agent actually do?

A LeetCall agent handles the requests customers send to a company, by phone and through web channels. It understands the request in natural language, looks up the answer in the company's authorised data, replies, then carries out the matching action in the business tools.

  • Answer everyday questions: opening hours, address, product availability, return conditions, how a service works.
  • Track an order: identify the customer, find the order in the e-commerce platform and report its status.
  • Take a reservation or an appointment and write it into the company's calendar or booking system.
  • Qualify an incoming request: collect the relevant details, then create or update the record in the CRM.
  • Follow up after a sale: open a ticket, explain a procedure, route the case to the right team.
  • Hand the call or conversation to a team member when the request falls outside its scope.

What LeetCall does not do

LeetCall's scope is customer service: its agents handle inbound phone calls, meaning the calls a customer places to the business, together with requests left on the website, on WhatsApp or in a messaging app. Every exchange starts with a person contacting the company.

LeetCall is not a self-service platform for assembling your own generic chatbot. There is no script editor to fill in and no single template shipped to everyone: each agent is built by the team for one trade, one vocabulary and one set of tools.

LeetCall is not an outsourced call centre either: no pool of human operators is provided, what is delivered is software operated on the client's behalf. An exchange that needs a person goes to the company's own team, not to a third-party floor.

Finally, a LeetCall agent does not replace human judgement: disputes, sensitive complaints and requests outside the agreed scope go to someone at the company.

How a project runs

A LeetCall project follows five stages, from framing to follow-up in production.

  1. Framing: we map the requests that actually reach customer service, the answers expected, the vocabulary of the trade and the cases that must go to a human.
  2. Connecting the tools: access to the software already in use (CRM, ERP, e-commerce platform, helpdesk, calendar, booking system) is opened through their APIs, so the agent reads and writes the right information.
  3. Building and testing: the agent is built on the company's authorised sources, then tried against test conversations, including ambiguous wording and edge cases.
  4. Go-live: the agent is connected to the inbound number and to the chosen web channels. The start can be gradual, for example outside opening hours.
  5. Follow-up: conversations are transcribed and reviewable, answers are adjusted as the team gives feedback, and the agent's scope is widened when the company decides to.

Technology and supervision

LeetCall's technology rests on four parts: real-time speech transcription, voice activity detection, a language model grounded in company data, and a supervision layer called Guardian Agents.

Speech recognition (STT) runs as a continuous stream: what the caller says is transcribed while they speak, not once the sentence is finished. Text-to-speech (TTS) then delivers the answer out loud.

Voice activity detection (VAD) spots when the caller starts and stops speaking: it governs turn-taking and enables barge-in, meaning the caller can interrupt the agent, which then stops talking and listens.

The language model (LLM) phrases the answer but does not invent its content: it works from the sources the company has authorised (catalogue, procedures, customer records, order status) and from what the connected tools return.

Guardian Agents form the supervision layer: specialised agents check an answer before it is spoken. Is it grounded in an authorised source? Does it stay within the agreed scope? An answer that cannot be verified is reformulated, or the exchange is handed to a human.

These parts are described in more detail on the LeetCall blog, notably at https://leetcall.ai/blog/guardian-agents-hallucinations.

Security, hosting and data

Data processed by a LeetCall agent is encrypted in transit and at rest, and hosted in the European Union, in Germany. Processing is GDPR-compliant.

The client company stays in control of its data: it decides which sources the agent may reach, what is recorded and for how long, and can ask for those records to be deleted. An agent reaches only the systems for which access has been explicitly opened.

Handing over to a human is part of the safety design: when a request touches a subject the agent must not handle, the exchange goes to the company's team. The privacy policy is published at https://leetcall.ai/confidentialite.

Frequently asked questions

Who operates LeetCall?

LeetCall is a brand operated by LeetCall SAS, a simplified joint-stock company incorporated in France whose president is Mickaël Amzallag. Its registered activity is software publishing. Its SIREN identifier is 931 005 870.

Where is LeetCall based?

The head office of LeetCall SAS is at 14 rue Angélique Vérien in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. The data processed by its agents is hosted in the European Union, in Germany. Processing is GDPR-compliant.

Is LeetCall a call centre?

No. LeetCall does not supply human operators: it provides software, the AI agent, which it runs on the client company's behalf. An exchange that needs a person is handed to that company's own team.

Do we have to change tools to work with LeetCall?

No. The agent connects to the software already in place through its APIs: CRM, ERP, e-commerce platform, helpdesk, calendar or booking system. Information therefore stays in the tools where the teams are used to finding it.

What happens when the agent cannot answer?

It says so and hands over. The Guardian Agents supervision layer checks that an answer is grounded in an authorised source before it is spoken; if not, it is reformulated or the exchange is passed to a team member. A request outside the agreed scope is treated the same way.

How can we see a LeetCall agent in action?

A personalised demo can be booked at https://leetcall.ai/demo. The agent is shown on a case close to your own activity and the vocabulary of your sector. You can also write to contact@leetcall.com.
